Innovating since 1999

Uramix is dedicated to creating and bringing to market new instruments designed by urologists to simplify and facilitate urologic procedures.

Uramix was founded by Michael Mooreville, MD, an actively practicing urologic surgeon in the Philadelphia area, with seed capital from Benjamin Franklin Technology Partners, initially to deal with urologic challenges in prosthetic urology.

Subsequently other devices have been added to the array of instruments offered to deal with issues relating to interventional urology in stone disease, urethral strictures and operating room monitoring. He is a pioneer in office based instrumentation. Uramix instruments have a large distribution throughout the United States, as well as internationally.

We seek our customers input regarding new developments. If you wish you had an instrument, which is currently not available, let us know.
